Hi,

I have a 2008 K1200GT and my seat heat doesn't seem to be working. I thought it would be easy to lift up the seats and find the fuse box . . . . WRONG! I looked in the rider's manual and found nothing on checking fuses. Can anyone tell me where the fuse box is located???
Thanks!

There is no factory fuse box on these bikes. They use BMW's CanBus system that automatically regulates current flow and shuts off over-current circuits.

Your best bet is to start by putting a volt meter on the heated seat plug and seeing of you get any voltage out of it. Then use an ohm meter to check the resistance in the heated seat coil and see if you have an open circuit there.
