Yes, I bought an OBD2 adapter cable from Ted Porter, Beemer shop, to hook up to my two day old 2107 S1000R. Just this afternoon I checked and connected, set the service date and looked over the data. I did not see where I could unlock the 9000 RPM limit. I'll have to see on the Hexcode site if it is possible. I am just curious, I'll be taking it in for it's 600 mile check up but just looking. I'll do the steering head bearing re torque as it is a two hour job to just get to it and back out. That will piss off the dealer when I say I have already done that part. >

 

Yes I pulled the update a few days ago but have not had a chance to use it.

I have a service light blaring and my 12K that I will start this weekend.

Valve Check, Timing Check, Oil Filter, FD oil, and Plugs. Already did the air filter as it is such a pain I did not want to deal with it while doing the other stuff of the 12K.

Good to hear HexScan got the issue worked out for you lucky 17 owners. They really are first class to deal with on both the ezCAN and the GS-911.
