Without budgetary concerns, get a K&L lift. They seem to be like what I have but better, and what I have is better than the typical Handy IMO. Mine are branded Silver, from Italy, but they are produced under a few different names. Handy actually sold an identical one for a while.

The traditional Handy rolls on the ground, which is the part I don't like. The ones with a solid base on the floor are WAY more stable.
