I might be a very happy guy. I have the ABS light flashing fast on my 2002 LTC, as I have posted in the last few days. I noticed that the front reservoir was low on fluid, and it was full the other day I think. Anyhooo, I filled it and the flashing went away. I was ecstatic, saddled up and backed down my steep driveway with front brake working well. THEN I noticed a trail of brake fluid from where I started. To make a long story short, there is a massive leak in the right front line. Looking at MAX BMW I see a the line for $117.00. The line that is on my bike have a strange curve in it just before it goes into the caliper below the TEE connection, the one MAX has looks straight. Here is a link to the MAX site. What are my options to repair this leak, FULL OEM hose kit or some aftermarket splice dealio?

I would be removing and replacing all the lines with stainless steel lines from Spiegler Brake Lines given the age of your LT:

Any sugestions on where to purchase Spiegler brake lines, and do they offer them in a full kit to replace them all??

They do have kits to replace all of the lines. I had an 02 LT that I had the dealer change out all the brake lines with the S/Steel from spiegler. They ordered the lines and the first set that came in the fronts were different they were too short. So the dealer sent the front lines back and Spiegler sent the proper ones. So double check them if you order them...

The story: As I saddled up for CCR Rapid City at dark o'thirty, I noticed a leak in the brake line from the front reservoir. Fortunately my mechanic was able to put a temporary line on so I could make the trip, and then make the replacement with Spieglers when I returned. Unfortunately the front lines at the caliper started to leak in Rapid City, and Sturgis BMW replaced the three lines on the front. I got home about 3k miles later, and installed the Spieglers. The BMW lines have been wrapped up in my garage ever since.
