The Good News - I’m the proud new owner of a 2001 K1200LT with 2300 miles on it (not a typo!). The bike set for nine years. The gas turned to varnish which I’ve been able to clean out, replacing the fuel pump, hoses etc. A mouse or two snacked on some of the wires. I was able to pick up a salvage harness and repair most of the chomped wires. The bad news is that I have 2 wires that I can’t figure out what they were chewed off.
They are a yellow and light brown wire on the left side. They are attached to the bottom of 4 connectors that sit under the seat.
Anybody know where they go to? I will attempt to attach a picture.
Thanks in advance! Bluesrdr.

The bottom of the 4 connectors on the left side is for the engine temp sensor which screws into the back side of the left head behind the coil assembly. You should be able to find the wires and reconnect them.
