can someone tell me where my rear brake fluid reservoir is? Ive looked on the right side of the bike and under the driver's seat and do not see it.

Open the right side saddlebag and right in front of the case is a viewing port to see the fluid level. To add fluid you must raise the front seat and access the reservoir. Tight fit if you have big hands.

You may have to remove rear seat to get to it. Just remove two bolts and pull seat forward a lil and it comes off

+1 on above...also I found that if I loosened the tupperware directly in front of the right saddle bag that I could find both fill caps much easier.

BMW didn't put the rear reservoir in a very handy place. Ugh! :bmw:

Mind the rear brake lines when you fool around with the reservoir. The reservoir itself can be loosened, and you can inadvertantly put a little unintended torque on your lines - leading to a leak.

My line was brittle, and "away she went" with just a whisper of tweakage!

I watched the dealer refill mine after a bleed. That is how they did it. ;)
