I went to put the pieces together today and both rotors do not tighten, they have a bit of a rattle. I am guessing that the washer things are to deep.

They're supposed to be slightly loose laterally, with essentially no play in the circumferential direction -- they are floating discs.

Ok, another question if you do not mind--

What is the diference between the rotors?

01 34 11 2 314 894 brake disc right
01 34 11 2 314 893 brake disk left

They seem exactly the same to me.

Anyone know?

Sorry to be a bother.

Just a *guess*: Check the mounting flanges on each -- the left rotor may have notches or be thinner to accommodate the ABS ring mounting flanges.

There is likely a reason for the difference. I no longer have a non-EVO brake LT, but SWMBO's R1150GS has the same pre-EVO brakes as the '00 LT -- I'll take a look at them when I get home tonight to see if I can spot a difference.
