Snow Tree Vehicle Motor vehicle Automotive tire

Fixed the servo unit for the exhaust valve. The bike is back in hibernation now. The ice on my street was so close to melting enough for me to get it out of the driveway, then we got hit with this snow storm.

I measured just under 25cm/10" in about 24 hours...

It's going to be a long winter 😭
It’s been a brutal winter in Northern Ontario. This was a single event and we’ve had several of them.
Thank goodness it’s starting to break, today was 6 degrees Celsius

I heard you guys got a lot of snow. It's been snowing here again the last couple of days. It's supposed to snow all of this week too. 6 degrees sounds nice, it's -14 here today. So much for getting out this month 😔

Hmm, I'm looking REAL hard, but I still can't see a motorcycle buried in all that snow. Could ya clear out some of it so we can all see it? 🤣🤣🤣

We got some more of the white stuff the other day, since my last post about 6 inches being the new "1.2 inches" for the weatherman. this time it was maybe two, two and a half inches instead one inch, so I guess they're tightening up the specs over there at the weather bureau. I see the 40/20F (i.e. 4.5/-6.5 C) day/night temps rolling in. There's "rain/snow" showing, but no accumulation, so I figure winter's just about done with us. I'll be back in California for a week at the end of the month. By the time I return, it should be the regular spring madhouse, i.e. contractor's pick-ups pulling trailers running around like the Oklahoma land rush, garden centers innovated with spring planting customers, and ... motorcycles all over the place.

In fact, I saw a Harley club gathering out by the local watering hole, which truly impressed me. Imagine those hardy guys riding 2 whole miles in 38F weather to gather at a local bar! 🙄😁

It's gettin' better soon, both in the (USA) Pacific Northwest, and I'm sure the Great Lakes region of Canada, as well. Just feels like this winter has lasted forever.

Getting on the bike with my wife in 30 minutes to ride the Twisted Sisters ride, visit to Leakey TX, and be WARM outside! Grateful to escape WI winter for a couple weeks and get on the bike again. Pics later this week, it's time to ride

Innovv K3 delivered today so that'll go on in the next week or so. BTW, it was cheaper to order from A Bike Thing in UK and have it delivered to WA USA than to purchase is locally, and it was delivered in 6 days.

Have you determined where you will mount each camera? Does it seem to allow easy movement from moto to moto or moto to sportscar?

Checked the bike out to be ready for an early Sunday departure for a massively long coffee run of 65 mile - round trip, to Muleshoe, TX. Gassed and then cleaned the bike up so it's all pretty and shiny. Couple other IBR finishers and I meet at the Muleshoe Donut shop to B.S. a bit from time to time.

The Innovv camera systems are hard mounted and cannot be moved from vehicle to vehicle as and when you need it. These are more of an install & leave it type of setup unlike a plug-in dashcam for the cars.

Same experience for me as well. I ordered it from ABT just 'cos they are the only suppliers for the hidden front camera mount for a GSA to save on the shipping cost and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. OTOH, It has been over 10 days and I am still waiting for a soundbomb shipped from WA to VA :ROFLMAO:

I intend to flush mount the rear in the rear fender reflector slot, and do the same in front in the area within the green circle as I don't have an ACC unit. (These pix are not my bike). They won't be moved to other vehicles.

Got a chance for a ride today. Pleased to say that the Amazon-supplied TPMS senders worked perfectly.
Nice. My apologies if you already provided this. Can you post a link to the Amazon product?

EMIAOTO Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor Black Plastic Tire Pressure Sensor OEM 36318532732 8532732 36238521796 Fit for BMWW Motorcycle
Brand: EMIAOTO

Search Amazon for this item.

Note 1: I DID NOT use a wakeup tool. I copied the number on each sensor and manually entered it into Motoscan. Check it several times to make sure you don't transpose a number. It's a pain if you misread or miskey the ID number, after you have mounted the sensor and (re)mounted your tires.

Note 2: One of the codes was in decimal, one was in HEX. I had to use a HEX-to-Decimal converter to convert the HEX id to Decimal. Motoscan only accepts decimal numbers, no alpha codes. There was no indication that the ID's were different -- I guessed that the all-numeric ID was in decimal format and didn't need converting. Fortunately I guessed correctly.

Got an email from a couple pals out of Lubbock, Tx, that we need to meet up for an early morning coffee break in Muleshoe, Tx a couple days ago - meeting up yesterday at 0800 CST. We hadn't seen each other in some time, especially with the weather in our region [winds to 60+ mph - not fun riding weather]. Clovis to "Muleshoe Donut" - a MASSIVE 31 miles.

Went through the '15 RT, cleaned it up and took a short check ride to fuel on Saturday. All good.

Geared up with LD Comforts, full 'Stitch, Gerbings heated liner, heavy gloves, and headed out Sunday morning at 0620 MST, 32° on the dot.

I've lived in Clovis, NM for 39 years. I am acutely aware of the train schedules at the tracks bordering Farwell, Texas and Texico, New Mexico. BINGO! Hit the tracks with perfect timing. Sat waiting for three trains to pass.

After receiving my well-earned "ration of crap" for being late, we finally got out of the donut shop at noon CST and headed home. Took a back road to get a couple more miles in and stretched it to 46 miles getting home.

In my book, not much of a ride - but any ride is a good ride.
