Looks like one I did 10 years ago. 馃榿
With all the calculations done automatically like the size of the proper shim to correct the gap or calculating what shims to buy if you reuse the old one?
I would be very interested to see it. 馃榿

I tried years ago to upload it to the technical files section, but was not successful. I have emailed it to a couple of folks who wanted it. I did not put as much time into formatting as you did, but basically you enter the current valve clearances and current stock of shims on hand in the 鈥渟pares鈥 column and the spreadsheet calculates the rest and uses conditional formatting to highlight which valves are out of tolerance, etc.

The sheet also calculates how many new shims are needed in each thickness.

I just do it on the fly usually after 100 K you most likely won't have to change another bucket. Unless you really thrash the bike and wear the valve seats.
