Hi all
I havent visited for a while, real busy, anyway the latch handle for the top of the tour pack broke at the top right corner. I cant see how it happened, I just noticed it yesterday.
Anyone else have this happen, and can the handle be purchased and where?

Mark,
Not an uncommon failure, BMW only will sell you a new case not just the latch. All is not lost though, you might be able to find one on Ebay. Or you can try one of the supporting vendors that makes a replacement Latch. http://www.lttrunklatch.com/ HTH

Unfortunately it is fairly common. There are a couple of vendors that supply replacements. I am sure several people here will tell you how their replacement worked. A trunk latch search would give you lots of info.
