Hello folks, I have an ABS warning light problem. I've checked the Hall of Wisdom, reading and trying all info there but to no avail.
Problem is as follows; After self test general warning light is constant and ABS light is at 4Hz. With ignition on ABS pump operates, with engine running ABS pump does not operate.
The following items have been checked and rechecked;
Fluid levels in both rear reservoirs,
clearence for ABS sensors,
clean ABS sensors,
brake light bulbs,
microswitch activation of brake light relay using either brake or both brakes,

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure that the reservoirs are absolutely topped-off. My LT will go into an ABS fault if that fluid is down just an ounce or two.

When the fluid in the reservoirs are correct should the float switch be open or closed circuit ?
