New question: how can I use a dual sim mobile with the tft? My Samsung S10e is set to ask me which sim to use in a popup before making a call. On the tft the popup doesn't appear, it only shows the initiate call screen but it won't go out just freeze.
You cannot. The TFT does not recognise dual sim systems. The workaround is to set your phone to default to one of your sims for your contacts and new numbers to call. Same problem exists with Apple's ecosystem, although at least with an iPhone you don't get lockups just a dial-out with the wrong sim for the contact.

Yeah, I agree and then over the air updates via wifi would be great too but those are typically slow, Honda's usb option is nice. Sitting at a dealer waiting for them to do an update is truly ridiculous. But, I'm still on my stock version after sitting at a dealership for hours on a saturday only for them to tell me germany doesn't work on saturdays and they couldn't do the last step, ugh.. ... but, I can live with the first version of the software, I'm not burning a vacation day just to get programmable buttons lol

I love my RT. I live 600 kms from the nearest dealer and I accept what goes with that. The city I live in only has the big 4 Japanese dealerships.
I’ve owned Ducatis and KTMs and they are the similar in their dealer focused maintenance, especially Ducati.
The issue I have is after planning a trip around my second service interval. I was booked first thing in the morning for the service plus the update. After a couple of hours the service manager approached and said he noticed I was to get the software updated and he informed me it would take several more hours to perform which wasn’t an option as I had a hotel booked in another city that evening and wouldn’t make it.
So I spent a thousand bucks on hotels, fuel and the first service which was basically an oil change and torque a couple of bolts. Total bullshit, I don’t need a shop to do most anything on my bikes and have managed for 40 plus years of riding.
For the record, I’ve also owned an 18 Wing. A fine bike but not as sexy as the RT. I guess the only beef I have is the update process.

Yeah the dealer situation is a joke. Every time I get the song and dance that it takes hours to do an update. Every update has taken 20 minutes, but it takes them a 1/2 hour to set the bike up in the computer bay. Then you have to set all your shit up all over again because the update wipes up all your settings. I'm glad all the mapping is on the phone because I'd hate to have to redo my destination list as it has over a hundred .....................................................
