Silent Auction 2012

I've received some really great items for the auction this year, but could still use some more items. It doesn't need to be anything big, just a little something so that we can raise as much money possible for this year's charity. So, check around the house, garage and talk to your local dealers and shops. For those who know of someone who has a craft item they feel would fit in with our charity, then talk to them.

I will accept items directly up to August 18. After that I ask that you ship it directly to the hotel.

Laurie, I need to remind myself to stop by Pandora's either this weekend or next and see what they will donate to the Silent Auction.

Hopefully Gilda has stopped by one of my vendors and picked up a battery charger for the Auction.

We also bought a small gift from the Smokies and we will see what is around the house that may of some value to the Silent Auction.

Stopped by Pandora European Motorsports here in Chattanooga last Saturday and he said he will make a donation to the Silent Auction. I should be picking something up in a week or so. We will bring with us.

Silent Auction 2012 Shipping

Thank you to everyone who has sent items ahead of time. If you aren't able to ship by tomorrow (Monday, August 13th) then please hold your item and ship directly to the hotel the week prior to CCR. Make sure you put your donation item in a separate box and/or shipment from your personal items. I'm not above auctioning off anyone's underwear.

We have, but I don't know if Gilda shipped it or if we're bringing it with us. I suspect that you, Laurie, know more about it than I do.

Pandora's did make a donation (or two) to our Silent Auction and we will be bringing those items with us.

We will be assisting with registration on Tuesday from 4-5 (something like that) so we can give you the items then.
