I have a similar problem. The person I call says it is very soft, almost garbled.
However i use the following config;
1) Nokia E5.0 paired to BMW Nav IV
2) BMW Nav IV paired to the SMH10
I can get music and talk to the passenger, but calling is a problem.
Previously I had the Scala-Rider, and that was even more problematic.
