Hey All;

I guess Im just thinking too much. I have a 02 LT. I will be replacing the springs with hyperpro. The front was a piece of cake. But the rear confuses me. Am I trying to remove the forked end (unthread) to remove the spring OR is there a clip on the top end that I remove? Dumb question.
But no such thing as dumb questions just stupid mistakes.

I just took mine (the pair) to Big O. They charged me $40 to swap the springs.

On the rear, if you are going to go ahead and do it yourself, AND you have a small spring compressor, you have to remove the grub screw on the side of the pre-tensioner to get it off.

I couldn't find a spring compressor that was small enough (automotive size from auto-parts stores won't work).
