Has anyone had there rear shock changed under warranty , and is it made by bmw .

Rear Shock Sbsorber
NO I DO NOT NEED A NEW REAR SHOCK as my bike has only 10k on it. I was wondering if any body out has had a problem and has had it changed under warranty.
Every other thing seems to have dicussed on this site , and there does not mention a problem with this item.
