I hit a bump and lost my radio sound. When I checked it out I get sound out of my right front speaker, but not very loud. I checked my connectors behind the stingray and under the seat and nothing changed. With my helmet on and engine running you can't hear the radio or CD's. The display is normal. Jim

Sounds like we have the same problem. The display is on and can even change channels, but no sound. (yes I've checked the mute button)

I had a simular problem and here is what I found. One of the connectors from the stingray to the bike had worked loose. The "locks" on the connector had worn and the locking tabs were not engaging and holding the connector together. One good bump was enough to let it slide apart just enough to break the connection. The first indication I had a problem was when my headset stopped working. I'd double check the connectors again and make sure they were engaged.
