We had a RTE put together a by one of the local LT riders on short notice. 16 bikes & 18 people left Charlotte at 10:00 am headed to Saluda NC for a BBQ lunch. We rode about 30 miles on the slab & over 200 miles on the two lane roads with switch backs in the foot hills of the mountains.

65 degrees and a tummy full of BBQ, as my dad used to say don't get any better then this.

From the blue sky it looked like a spectacularly great day for a ride.
