Finally to sum up the whole weekend. It was fun and challenging but most of all it was...

The first picture with the bridge is an amazing shot. OK, my fav.
Looks like it was still a good weekend, you didn't go home.

Yeah It came out of nowhere. I did a double take cause I wasn't sure what I saw. So I grabbed my camera before it disappeared and took the shot. :D

Great photo journal! What riding gear did you have and how did it hold up?

Thanks.

My Gear were the following:

Helmet: Shoei Neotec (good helmet but I hate the liner material they use)
Jacket: Tourmaster Transition 3 (Great little jacket with lots of storage and proved to be very water resistant. Kept me warm even through a wet, high 30 degrees)
Shirt: McDavid Interawear long sleeve shirt (old school moisture repelling shirt)
Pants: Stadler S-Factor armored pants. (Performed as advertised)
Boots: Keen Gypsum hiking boots (waterproof and comfy)
Gloves: Helimot Buffalo 365 gloves. (though these are not rain specific gloves It kept the back of my hand warm while the heated grips kept my palm toasty)

Some of your shots are familiar to me WHY??
I was there and some of those places perhaps a week ahead and no rain until northern CA, OR. and WA. Did the bridge on video with GoPro I am going to try and post. Owe your state $6 bucks. New software kiaos machine would not let me settle. The left coast is b e e eutiful :D See thread OK I'm back
