I haven't returned to the Goodtime dealer for service, the dealer did apologize with a lame excuse. I had a 2006 RT on file at the dealer and that bike caused confusion for them, even though I made an appointment for a 2009 GT. I go to Premier Cycle or Montreal, but I have a recall (suspension relay lever) that needs service and I may try the Goodtime dealer for this.

I was thinking of you should do some research and do you own service and save a ton of cash!
