Tuesday while removing the rear wheel I found gear oil behind my lug bolts. It appears I have had a crowngear assemble failure.

It has been a long, hard fought battle. 60,000 plus miles on the first Lt and 53,000 plus miles on my current ride. Thank you BMW for allowing me to join this elite group!

None of the above, it has more to do with your paying membership dues than anything.
