Hi LT guys, I am making my first post in along time, has anyone tried Bob's bmw oil proof clutch? Please chime in on reliability, Bobs claim is no slipping wet or dry. Plus twice the life if clutch stays dry.

I installed it in my LT a year ago & it has worked just fine so far.

It is made by Siebenrock in Germany. A few here have been running it for some time so maybe a user will chime in. One guy had a defective one and it melted to his flywheel (messy).

I prefer to run the conventional clutch myself but I guess it would come in handy on a trip if you had a massive oil leak. They don't say how it performs with brake fluid on it, another common failure of the slave cylinder. Plus it is more expensive. Siebenrock makes a good conventional clutch that is better than stock and cheaper. It is available from Beemerboneyard.
