After reading Lynn's story I had to tell mine. But, technically not a crash - I think.
2 Saturdays ago: I was making a left turn from a stop onto Standerfer Gap rd and found some gravel.
The rear end did a slide to the right - heard the scrapeing of pegs etc - LT picked itself up almost high-siding me - handlebars shook hard - and I rode away. Not a crash - because bike is not laying on ground.
But -- shifting was painful and later X-ray showed a broken Fibula (small bone)
Questions remain:
1. Did I crash?
2. Can you do this on a Goldwing without the crash part? (tell Motorcyclist!)
3. How did I get it back on the centerstand?
4. Will I sell out?
I am ok and back to work - thought I was going to make Ironhorse but alas!
I hope the Spring reunion is not on the same week end as AMA at Barber. Later
