Yes, they are lovely aren't they. I am surprised to hear an American use the word lovely though. A few years ago we had some American friends come and stay with us. I had a habit of using lovely to describe things and they made fun of me. Another funny story. Many years ago, I was staying at my in-law's place in Columbia Missouri. I was sitting at the dining table with my brother-in-law and his best friend Sam. Both of these guys were stoic men of few words who loved hunting and fishing. It was winter and as I was feeling a little chilled, I said I was going upstairs to put a jumper on. They both looked at me funny. Apparently in their neck of the woods a jumper is some kind of play suit that girls wear. In my neck of the woods, down here in Australia, a jumper is a sweater.Well..... I always think.... just get the old one off.... how ever possible, it doesn't matter, cause I am throwing it in the trash. I picked up my '05 LT for a song this past summer and I promptly changed the oil. The filter had been on the block for 4 years and with a little patience and muscle, it spun off.
Now our lovely LT has a fresh drink of Mobil 1 15w50 and she is purring like a kitten.
