The cheapest thing I have seen to help avoid leaving the disk brake on was shown to me by one of the local BMW club riders. He used a hair "Scrunchy" he got from one of his daughters. Puts it in the lock, then when he puts the lock on the bike he has to remove the scrunchy, puts it over his throttle grip. Good reminder. Of course if some little girl comes along and takes the scrunchy--------
Yeah. I'm not saying an LT can't be stolen, but most thieves are after quick, low risk, high value bikes. A sport bike that you can easily pick up with a guaranteed market for used parts is much more tempting to thieves than a behemoth such as ours.
Unless you're selling off rear drives and trunk latches, of course.
