I just purchased a new Samsung S22 Ultra. When I installed the app, it keeps closing and states, that there is a bug, and that a update is required for it to work. My previous S21U, has the same app., (Google play store) and works well.
Anyone else ran into this?
I un-installed it, but when I downloaded it again, the same issue is there.

I un-installed it, but when I downloaded it again, the same issue is there.
Try turning off the Google Play Protect setting. Think I had to for one of my apps so it could run.

Google Play Protect setting is a DANGEROUS one to disable - it's what protects you from malware and apps from outside the better protected google play store (not the best protection, but better than disabled)

I've not yet run into any issues with the app but I am on an S21+

Might try contacting BMW thru the app feedback function on your old cell if you still have it, but personally I wouldn't disable Play Protect - not with the increase in hacking going on right now

Does the S22 Ultra fit in the connected cradle? I thought it was to big for it
Check the phone's specifications against BMW's maximum phone size as stated in the user manual:

Max Phone Size
Height: 6.37 inches (162 mm)
Width: 3.07 inches (78 mm)
Depth: 0.34 inch (8.8 mm)
