Well, I got her opened up.......and.......................
All exhaust valves are at .229 mm..........good to go. Most intakes at .127mm (.005 ") and one at .102mm (.004")
In all cases the gauge I got in feels real loose but next larger wont go.....
Am I correct that all my intakes need to open up .05mm ??
Is it worth it ??

I would change the .005 ones to one bucket size less and the .004" two bucket sizes less.
You will then have all .007" and .008"

Yep, it's worth it.
Mine were the same this spring, only had to do the intake.
Rolled right thru the project thanks to the help from this site. Time to do the mix and match someone might have the buckets you need.

While the cams are off, make a chart with all the bucket sizes. Next time you'll know what thickness to buy before you pull the cams. Doesn't save any work, but it's real nice to have the option of picking up the parts before you go all the way into it.

When you install the cams to the camshafts, make sure they are totally seated in the key way. I failed to get the intake cam totally seated when I reassembled mine (sh&* happens when you get in a hurry). Fortunately, the bike wouldn't start and I did no damage to the motor, but it's good to be aware of this as a possibility when you reassemble everything.

"push down on the lower cam chain tensioner enough to insert the drill"
......Hmmmm...well can't seem to push down on anything................
Looks like the tensioner is pushing against the chain but...push on what ??

Oh...got it !!!
it's more like "push like King Kong" or "gently pry tensioner down."
