Lindy and I went for her first "real" ride today.
Rode the back roads out to route 66 then stopped at "Pops" for a soda.
Rode the long way back home.

It was her first time out of the neighborhood on her little scoot.

She did pretty well, Just a few little things to talk about.

Reminded her that since she was lead she needed to be in the left position.

We entered route 66 at the edge of a blind corner and she should have accellerated a little harder in case somone was coming around the curve too fast.

Other than that she did pretty good....

Total mileage, 30 miles.

She's a biker now... Look out.

She doesn't know it yet but I'm trading my old Jag for a Yammie 650 cruiser for her next bike.

I'm sure she'll outgrow the 125 pretty quickly. She had her all the way up to 50 today !

Just bought the wife a v-star 650 as a first bike. She loves it!!! ( so do I but don't tell the big girl)

As for that Yamaha 650, nice bike. But before you buy one, be sure to checkout the Honda 750 ACE Shadow. It's my favorite Shadow, by far. And I think it'll outlast the Yamaha.

I'LL AGREE WITH THAT I HAD AN 2002 BEFORE THE LT IT WAS A GREAT BIKE (FOR ONE UP)
