I love my LT, BUT it has the probability of being a mechanically repair intensive bike over the long haul.

Of the BMW's would one say the oilheads/hexheads are easier to maintain over 100k than the K bikes and specifically LT's? I do see that Jap bikes are easier in the beginning, but have the same or more intensive rebuild factors after 100k.
