Other than a weightlifting belt, I am not sure you can find a non-velchro model. I have recommended the Mueller Back Brace I use to both male and female riders resulting in great relief and all day riding success. It uses velchro but on the male model uses three overlapping belts of varying strength which can be adjusted for maximum comfort when seated. The unit is spring reinforced and also has an adjustable lumbar pad on the inside of the back section adding an increased measure of pressure on the lower back(the small) causing you to sit upright and keep your lower spine in alignment with your hips. The link below is for illustration. Mueller products are available at Walmart in the pharmacy section. The ladies model uses two overlapping belts. I have used mine for years and it shows no sign of major deterioration.
I think the one Ian gave you is also Velcro. Its hard to fine these made to a specific size. The size of the velco depends on how well they hold together and hoe long they last. I was buying one every two years while riding the dirt bikes. But try this link. This vendor is a supporting member. http://www.nickplenzickenterprises.com/
