I have seen a couple of dealers with K1600's for sale with over 100,000 miles on them. Plenty of pictures that look good. I know you really can't tell much from them as to mechanical condition other than they haven't been wrecked or laid down.
Without knowing anything else about them, what are your thoughts/concerns?

Make sure all the maintenance paperwork is available. At that mileage a few expensive things could need replacing.

The only concern I might have is the driveshaft, as we've started to see a handful of high-mileage failures over at K1600forum.com. There is a place that will rebuild driveshafts with new U-joints that have grease fittings, so I'd just get that done and not worry about it.

Nothing else really seems to "wear out" on these bikes, so if you can get a good deal, I'd go for it.

That's a lot of miles. Suspension will undoubtedly need work if it's not been done recently. Cooling system components.. etc. On such a complex bike I wouldn't buy high mileage but that's me.
