Hi All!
I plan to purchase an Insta 360 camera... most likely the X3.

I was wondering if I should purchase the "Motorcycle Kit" set up which includes a 114cm Invisible Selfie Stick, a 64GB microSD Card, a "Bike Bundle" and a Lens Cap?

The 64GB card can work in one of my other cameras. I imagine I would purchase a 1TB card for the X3.

Any suggestions? Thanks! Bob

Hey Bob. I purchased this camera at the end of the season last year. I didn't get the kit, but I did get the selfie stick (1m), extended selfie stick (3m), GPS remote, and utility frame. I have a pretty good collection of RAM mounts and clamps and plan experiment with them. Not sure how I'm going to use it all.

I also have some GoPro stuff that I can use. I do like the look of that short aluminum standoff. May have to get one of those.

Anytime I purchase a "kit" there is always some piece that I never use so I usually opt to not buy it.

Best of luck.

Fun fact: You can poke someone in the eye from a county away with the extended stick.

Thanks so much for the information, Scott!
I can see a lot of stuff in the kit that I doubt I would use... I am still on the fence with all that.
I would like to use the Insta 360 on my current bikes, and future RT.
I have front and rear cameras on my LT, and a Sena C10 Pro camera on my helmet.
Unfortunately, the Sena camera quit working and Sena has not responded to my emails to have it repaired.
The 360 videos I have seen look great!
I have friends who shoot video using Insta 360, but do not ride so I am interested in the mounts available.
I have a number of RAM mounts I could probably use it with the extended selfie stick. We shall see.

I bought the X1 last year with the MC kit. I find all the items useful (mine didn't come with a chest rig but I wouldn't us it. anyway.). I also purchased a smaller RAM ball that's affixed to my aux light stem for lower shots. Every clip in this video where the camera is on the bike is from the X1.

I like the selfie stick for different options on the bike (getting higher, or further back or out front). The clamp mounts are ok, but mine broke so I purchased a RAM version instead (higher quality), though Insta did send me a replacement.

I plan to be on the road for 10 - 11 hour days like my last cross-country trip, so I am wondering what is the typical card size required for say 8 hours a day of riding (using the Insta 360 X3)?
