Anybody have the ilium motorwerks sport driver's floorboards installed? Do they kill cornering clearance by much ? model 30-300 ? $475, not cheap. Hard to fork out that kind of money for a little extra comfort without knowing how easy (or not) to scrape them.

I have them and they made my ride more comfortable, worth the money for me. How they affect cornering depends on your style I suppose. I tend to not be too aggressive, maybe touch a peg once in a blue moon. I have not encountered any issues and have not touched them down.

Note that the rear brake lever is virtually useless unless you also purchase a kit to adjust it. I stuck with the Illium version. Didn't do much research to see if other manufacturers made something similar.

I've never scraped mine, and the advantage over pegs is that the sportboards will fold up rather than a hard hit that you get with pegs.
