I let the rear brake line get out of it's clips on the rear end and the ABS sensor wires rubbed on the Disc and shorted so ABS has stopped working Light go back and forth, back and forth.

I have replaced the rear sensor and the light still wig wag?

What should I look at now???

2 - clear the error from the memory of ABS either
2.1 by your local BMW dealer
2.2 by GS911
2.3 by manual fault code resetting procedure

This what my thought was, but let me ask where I might find the manual reset procedure?
