Just make sure you purchase a bike that has been properly maintained with good records of the maintenance that was done. Even if you are a good mechanic an abused LT can be costly and frustrating to diagnose and fix. That good deal may end up as a haunting nightmare. There are lots of good LT's out there and my suggestion would be to take your time and do your due diligence and purchase a lower mileage 2005 or later as the their used prices are becoming very reasonable.

Good luck and Happy and safe New Year to all!

Thank you. So you recommend the 2nd gen (05 and up).... any particular reasons? just wondering.

When I sat on one it just felt like it was fitted for me, weird, but not complaining.
