High Milage

Hello all I was looking into purchasing a 2005 K1200 LT with 76500 miles on it would that be a good purchase or should I look further..and what maintance would be due...the dealer says the bike has been maintain but has no records and they said they checked it out...I just don't want a bike note then have a major repair...but for $7k should I take a chance. A do BMW OFFER ANY WARRANTY FOR USED BIKED LIKE HD?
