That is actually not a bad price for an 2005, 76K shouldn't be an issue. That year sells today from 8-10K some listed higher. Take a look on Ebay at listings to get a idea what people think they can get and then go to NADA to get an idea on what the loan and book value really are.
You don't mention what options it has so in my mind that affects price. Does it have GPS, Comm system, extra lights. How are the tires, any nicks etc.
