First off... 2005 LT, Complete with everything.... (and then some)

Most know, the LT is not new to me and I've done the basics already.... My issue is a dead Radio and Comm... Its all factory OEM.

The Display shows (radio) but does not reflect a station. Repeated attempts to turn on/off fail. To add insult to injury, the comm system does not work either.

I've disconnected the Negative for 20+ min, still nothing. I just disconnected both the -/+ as well. Hopefully that will do the trick?

Yes, I've checked the fuzes, yes I had just washed the bike!

Suggestions? Comments? John Z? (First to give the correct solve gets two rounds on me @ CCR!)

Whew... No drinks for anyone! lol

After loosing one of the battery bolts, removing both brake side foot plates and endless cursing and screaming at Gretchen because she "ate" another bolt...

To my surprise I had a spare bolt, made the connections... *Bam*... I got it all back!...

Continue with your day.. Nothing to see here! Move along already!

Sounds like water got into the controller ( those buttons sometimes leak ). May work again when it dries out or you can open it up and help it along. Pics are from a pre-05 but supplied for reference.

As a non-partisan, third party mediator.... I'd say this qualifies you for the two free drinks at CCR, even though Hoss claims he'd already fixed it... :dance:
