It's kind of cool, but it looks like it might not get very good traction on the drive axel. Kind of like a GMC motorhome...those things can get stuck on wet grass.

Awesome work. But I would have still preferred the two wheels at the rear than the front.

hmm...
not sure I get it. Take a sportbike drivetrain and mate it to some clunky utilitarian cabover? The donor bike would be better as some adventure bike with a torquey v-twin and long suspension travel. But I supposed with the HY-way-ABUSer engine, you'll never be want for power.

IndyCycle has been one of my favorite sportbike conversions.
