I went to see that movie with a Brit buddy of mine in Syracuse, NY when it first came out (so to speak) about a hundred years ago. We skipped out on work and went to the weekday matinee in our three-piece suits and trench coats (there's a stereotype for you). My buddy ran a loud vocal narrative in his British accent throughout the entire movie, and it was hysterical. Wish I had recorded it. When it was over, we exited the theater into bright sunlight and it felt like everyone on the street was looking down their noses at us. Didn't care.
