Anyone use the HARD system to alert them when the detector is going off? Anyone found anything better? I got this "flasher" thingy that is supposed to alert you if it is anywhere in your field of vision …. yeah right…. I had to mount it halfway up the windshield and the glue melted in the Louisiana sun …. dumb system. Maybe someone has found a way to make it smarter.
What's the best detector mount for the Escort 8500 series that I can quickly take off the bike and use in my cage.???
Or any other "experience"…..
Ride hard/ Ride safe.
Speed traps are a waste of police. Put them to work chasing bad guys… That's what we pay them for.

We can debate what "you" pay police for another day...

The H.A.R.D. system is quite good, and their version 2 is even better. For mounting, many use the Co-Pilot shelf from BMR Products. I have my Valentine One mounted on a Co-Pilot side shelf, and I protect it in a Radar Box, also from Legal Speeding (same folks that bring you the H.A.R.D. system). Easy to remove the Valentine from the Radar Box when I want to.
