Hello all,
Bike is a 2003 K1200GT
The drain from my fuel filler is either clogged or kinked. After heavy rain I've noticed water around and trickling into the fuel filler (that is not good). I investigated and blew some compressed air through the drain hole and air came out the other end by the stabilizer bar.
I thought the problem was solved...but it is not. Today during heavy rain I had the same problem when I opened the fuel cap. So, when I got home I dug a bit deeper and disconnected the drain from the charcoal canister but the filler cap drain still will not drain. Compressed air blows through fine bur water , or gas backs up...I'm confused?
Thanks in advance for your suggestions and help.
Patrick
