Did you chose to hardwire the sat to your radio or use a chosen FM band?

I have "hard-wired" a few units in cars, as this just works better for me. There is interference when using the FM broadcast capability of the sirius units I have in cars. I am basically asking if anyone has hooked up receiver using the FM antenna wire of the bikes radio, and if you have is the bike's antenna wire the "standard" size or will I need an adaptor? I 'm wondering if someone knows, as I haven't torn the tupperware off to see size yet.
