My battery was down due to non-usage. I recharged the battery and when I started the bike, the brake failure light was on I disconnected the negative post for 15-20 minutes thinking that this would solve the problem but now I have a flashing brake failure warning light. Brakes seem to be working fine and didn't have any previous problem. Bike was not used for two months. Anyone have any solution??

Is the Brake Failure light flashing after you have ridden the bike? It is supposed to flash until you ride it up to about 2 miles per hour and then go off. If the flashing does not stop at that point, you probably do have a problem, but from your explanation it sounds like the warning may be flashing while the bike is still be on the stand, which is perfectly normal.
