Hi everybody,
I want to get rid of the exhaust valve on my rt1200 2011.
Having trouble sourcing the correct diameter replacement for the valve . On the new piece of pipe the ID is matching the valve diameter but the OD is 1.5 mm smaller and I cant get the clamps to tighten . Any info appreciated.

Brought the Flapper valve to a stainless steel shop who will make a slieve for me . 40e .

Vehicle: 2011 BMW R1200RT (Model: K26, 0440)

I had mine apart to access the rear shock to send it off for a rebuild. The dimensions of the exhaust valve are as follows: OD: 63mm, ID: 57mm, Length: 67mm
