Interesting post and thanks for incluing the thumbnail picture of your results. In respect to the results they are similar with some of my own readings using a digital infrared thermometer where I stopped the engine at various operating temperatures and took readings. I did not take the time to chart out the results like you did I did also measure several different area of engine such as the block, cylinder, cylinder head (intake and exhaust sides), and crankcase. Maybe I will go back and chart them again and write them down just for comparison.
