I love my SMH10 and I have an android phone that I use with it (HTC Incredible 2). The only thing I can't figure out is how to set the phone up so that i can make calls by voice. The phone has a voice dial function but i have to press an icon to engage that, and i can't when I'm on the bike and my phone is in my pocket. Does anyone know how to set the phone up to be in voice command mode so I can dial at will?

I just recently purchased the SMH10. My manual says that when you tap the phone button it activates the voice dial. Haven't tried yet so not sure. Sounds like it works just like a bluetooth ear piece?

I have my Driod set up through a cable to my Autocom and installed a button that shorts the mic in leads and that will activate my voice command software. But I don't use it as it never responded well to the high noise in the helmet. I was always called the wrong person.

Can't master it either.
I tested my auto dial in house and it kinda works some times. Many times it would ring the wrong person. Anyway when I tried it in the garage hard wired to the com system again it's iffy and calls anyone in phone book other than who I want. Incoming calls would show up on my Nav iv as "incoming" but I never knew who it was so I disconnected the hard wire. I don't need my phone while riding so it stays in my pocket until next stop. Sorry no help.

That's how mine works and I have an HTC Incredible. Sometimes it dials the wrong person. you have to speak clearly and enunciate.
