I would like to have a smaller windscreen to replace that tall I have on now, specially for warmest period in the summer like now we've had weeks in the 30´s celcius. Cant be too hard to get a hold of a template, buy a piece of Polycarbonate and cut out can it ? :bmw:
mabey even ask the local glass shop to cut it out ?
Anyone knows how to get a template ?
Or of course use my big screen as a template and downsize
will it look like shit mabey

How are you gonna form the curve of the windscreen? It's not just a flat piece of plastic cut around the edges.

about forming, I was thinking using a old one as a mallet, covering the old with heat resistant shield, and then warming slowly
I've come to the conclusion its probably not worth the work, better to find a used screen and cut it shorter :wave
