Do you have quick disconnects? If so take a rag and cover the end of the male coupler and press it in this will release the pressure. If you don't then you will have to pinch off the lines and then undo them and cover the end of the hose with a rag as you loosen the pinch. Either way it is a manual operation.
I remember in on of my car manuals it said to pull the fuel pump fuse while the engine was running to release the pressure. I don't know if that will do enough. Either way if you pull the fuel rail loose and take the first injector off that will also release the pressure as well.
