You'll love the LT - the clutch & low end torque will take a bit of adjustment, but welcome to the "Ultimate two wheeled driving machine".

This great forum has answers to questions you haven't thought of yet... :rotf:

Good luck with selling the ST quickly! And welcome to the site and to LT world. I'm sure you had a good time on the ST. You're gonna have a GREAT time on the LT.

Thanks, what comes around goes around I geuss. My first bike was a 1200C,then an R1100Rt, Valkyrie Tourer, 01 GWing, HD RKC, Triumph R3,St1300 and now the K1200lt. Hope this one will be as fun as the others... :)

You sure are well "rounded" on badges you have ridden. :)

I look forward to hearing your impressions of the LT.

At 50, I just keep saying what the heck took me so long to find an LT, or BMW bike in general. I am really thrilled with mine. :D

Yes, you'll enjoy the K (hopefully!!)....and the best bit is- no wobbles (yes, I was one of those St1300 owners) :)
